We are honored to announce that Ziglar Coach- Sergeant Richard Morris, retired, of Fort Worth, Texas

has contributed the featured foreword to

"YOU: THE STING OPERATIVE- 100 Tactics to Change the World, Right From Your Own Neighborhive"

Richard currently serves in several volunteer capacities

After nearly 36 years with the Fort Worth Police Department and upon retiring as the Gang Intelligence and Detective Sergeant, Richard now serves as a Reserve Tarrant County, Texas Deputy Constable, United Methodist minister, Police Chaplain, and Fort Worth Police Department Peer Team Member and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Team Member. He is also a Ziglar Legacy Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, Zig Ziglar staff coach, and was appointed as the Exclusive Personal Safety Coach for Ziglar, Inc. by Tom Ziglar, CEO.

As of 2016 he started the Ziglar: Blue Program, partnering with Ziglar, Inc. whose goal is to reach out to law enforcement agencies and train their officers in several Ziglar Programs that are modified specifically for the challenges that law enforcement officers face, gleaning from his experiences in nearly four decades of police work.

On a personal note, I am proud to be co-authored with Richard in "Dare to Be a Difference Maker, volume 5" from Michelle Prince, and now EXTREMELY HONORED that he is kicking off the beginning to "YOU: THE STING OPERATIVE"... because it IS NOT just a book! This is so much more- starting with bringing joy, encouragement, and hope to others- changing the world, one interaction at a time.

Last year was extraordinarily difficult for many communities who experienced assault directed towards law enforcement. Lives were lost- devastating losses for the families and all who were involved. These are PEOPLE, not just uniforms, and as we launch the next step in the Beeing Blessed Project (& Sting Ops Underground movement), we aim 100% of the proceeds of the book sales DIRECTLY to the families of our heroes in need. No amount of money will ever make up for the loss of life, but it is our goal to bring this message to families, neighborhoods, and communities that we can still dare to hope, and make a positive impact by loving and uplifting each other from our own hives.

Thank you, Richard, for being such an amazing human being and example. We are SO EXCITED to support your fellow officers and warriors as we *bring the sting* STARTING NOW!

Difference-makers and STING OPERATIVES- it's our time to SHINE!

Let's do this!
